On the occasion of World Environment Day a special program was organized in the College. N.S.S. unit of K.V.G Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital had organized the program on behalf of Azadi ka Amruthmahotsav. In this regard a special talk on World Environment Day by Dr.Rajashekar N. Professor and HoD Department of DravyaGuna K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College, was highlight. He spoke rightly on the occasion and stressed the importance of maintaining a healthy environment. Dr.Rajashekar explained the benefits and consequences of intake of the food and Medicinal plants grown in a healthy Nature and the Contaminated environment . N.S.S unit In charge Dr.Pramoda P.A and NSS Volunteers , Teaching and Non teaching faculty, Junior Doctors participated in the function. Later the NSS Volunteers in Leadership of Dr.Pramoda P.A and Herbal Garden In charge Dr.Avinash K.V planted the medicinal plants in the Herbal Garden of the K.V.G.Ayurveda Medical College,Sullia.
