International Day of Yoga Celebration-2021

KVG Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, Dept. of Swastavritha & Yoga, in association with NSS unit organized “ 7th International  Day of Yoga -2021”.  In this connection department has conducted National Level Competitions in Essay Writing, E-Poster Presentation and Mobile Photography Contest.

On 21.06.2021  conducted Webinar on the topic “ Yoga in Post COVID Management” by Dr. Shabina T. T., Asst. Professor, Dept. of Swasthavritha followed by  live Yoga demonstration by N.S.S. volunteers. 

 In this occasion Dr. K.V. Chidananda President, A.O.L.E (R.) inaugurated  this session through his warm wishes and Dr. Leeladhar D.V.  Principal, K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, delivered key note address. Totally 392 delegates participated in this Webinar.  N.S.S. Officer Dr. Pramoda P. A.,  and N.S.S. volunteers of the college actively participated in the event.

Ms. Rajalaxmi Pai,  K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, got 1st Prize in essay competition, MsEssa Joseph, Amritha   Ayurvedic Medical College, Kerala secured 1st Prize in Mobile Photography contest and Ms. Namitha Shetty  K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia, got 1st Prize in E-Poster Competition.

Dr. Neelambikai Natarajan

Dr. Neelambikai Natarajan has Graduated from Thanjavur Medical College, MD in Physiology from Madras Medical College and MBA in Hospital Administration from Alagappa University.

In her medical service, she worked at Madras Medical College, Madhurai Medical College, Government Medical College Coimbatore, Govt KAP Vishwanathan Medical College, Trichy and in Meenakshi Medical College Kanchipuram.

She was an Ex-Senate member of the MGR University Secretory Ethics Committee. She has completed an advanced course in Medical Education (ACME).
