Inauguration of Covid Care Centre in K.V.G.Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Sullia. 18.08.2021

Hon. Minister of Fisheries and inland water resources and in-charge Minister of Dakshina Kannada, MLA of Sullia Shri S. Angara, Inaugurated the Covid Care Centre in K.V.G. AYURVEDA MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, Sullia.
Shri S. Angara stressed the need of the Covid Care Centre. He also requested the public to avail the facility of this centre. Quarantine and how it helps for the improving the health of positive patients. The total number of beds available in this centre is 100 beds.

Tahsildar of Sullia Miss Anitha Lakshmi delivered the Keynote address.
Dr. K.V.Chidananda, President AOLE(R.) presided over the function. He also gave information about COVID isolation and its necessity. Smt. Shobha Chidananda Treasurer AOLE (R.) Sullia. Mr. Akshay K.C., Director AOLE(R.) were present in the function. Chief Medical Officer of P.H.C., Sullia, Dr. Karunakara graced the occasion. Nagarapanchayat President Mr. Vinay Kandadka and other members of Sullia Panchayat were present. Dr. Leeladhar D.V., Principal, K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Sullia, felicitated the Guests. Professor Dr. Kavitha B.M. was the Master of Ceremony.

Dr. Neelambikai Natarajan

Dr. Neelambikai Natarajan has Graduated from Thanjavur Medical College, MD in Physiology from Madras Medical College and MBA in Hospital Administration from Alagappa University.

In her medical service, she worked at Madras Medical College, Madhurai Medical College, Government Medical College Coimbatore, Govt KAP Vishwanathan Medical College, Trichy and in Meenakshi Medical College Kanchipuram.

She was an Ex-Senate member of the MGR University Secretory Ethics Committee. She has completed an advanced course in Medical Education (ACME).
