NSS unit of KVG Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital Sullia in partnership with
RGUHS, Bangalore and UNICEF organized a “free medical camp for school children,
parents & awareness program for parents regarding immunization & nutrition as a
part of SBCC” on 14.06.2022 at Vivek primary school Ajjavara, Sullia. Dr. Avinash K.V.
Professor, Dept. of Agada Tantra, K.V.G Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia
delivered a speech on “Ayurveda & health”. Dr. Pramoda P.A. Asso. Prof., Dept. of
Koumarabhritya & NSS officer, K.V.G Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia spoke on ‘importance of immunization & nutrition for children” to the parents. Children & parents were screened by Dr. Avinash K.V., Dr. U. Santhosh Nayak, Dr. Pramoda P.A. & Dr. Santhosh Nair K.P. Total 74 children & parents were benefited. Mr. Haaji Hasainar Goradka, President, teaching & non-teaching staff of Vivek primary school Ajjavara, Sullia was present. In this Program NSS volunteers were actively participated.
