NSS unit of KVG Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital Sullia in collaboration with RGUHS, Bangalore and UNICEF organized a “Free Medical Camp for school children, awareness program regarding immunization, nutrition & menstrual hygiene as a part of SBCC” on
17.06.2022 at Govt. High school Aletty, Sullia. Mrs. Vijayalakshmi, Head Mistress of
Govt. High school Aletty, Sullia has given presidential address. Dr. Pramoda P.A. Asso. Prof., Dept. of Koumarabhritya & NSS officer of our College delivered a talk on the topic
“Importance of immunization & nutrition for children”. Dr. Rashmi K.S. Asst. Professor, Dept. of Prasoothi Tantra & Stree Roga created an awareness regarding menstrual hygiene among adolescent girls. Children were screened by Dr. Vinaya Shankara Bharadwaj B, Dr.Pramoda P.A., Dr. Indu Viswambharan & Dr. Rashmi K.S. Total 88 children were benefited. In this Program Teaching, Non- Teaching staff of Govt. High school Aletty, Sullia, Internees, staff nurse & NSS volunteers of K.V.G Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia was actively participated.

Dr. Neelambikai Natarajan

Dr. Neelambikai Natarajan has Graduated from Thanjavur Medical College, MD in Physiology from Madras Medical College and MBA in Hospital Administration from Alagappa University.

In her medical service, she worked at Madras Medical College, Madhurai Medical College, Government Medical College Coimbatore, Govt KAP Vishwanathan Medical College, Trichy and in Meenakshi Medical College Kanchipuram.

She was an Ex-Senate member of the MGR University Secretory Ethics Committee. She has completed an advanced course in Medical Education (ACME).
