On account of “9th International Yoga Day” Ministry of AYUSH & Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, directed to conduct various activities. In connection with
this, NSS unit of KVG Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital Sullia organized “Yoga awareness program” at Govt. High School, Markanja on 16.06.2023. Dr. Pramoda P.A. Asso. Prof., Dept. of Koumarabhritya & NSS officer of our College delivered a talk on “Yoga & its Importance in day today life among the Children”. Mrs. Veena, HeadMistress of Govt. High School, Markanja had given a presidential address. Dr. Nitheesh, Dr. Anusha, Dr. Namitha & Dr. Pooja Demonstrated Yoga to the Children. In this program, teaching, non- teaching staff of Govt. High School, Markanja & NSS volunteers of K.V.G Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sullia were actively participated.
